Noortje obtained her bachelor degree in Human Resoucres Management in 2016. She has several years of HR experience within the production/metal industry, where she advised management teams of small and large technical organisations on HR strategy, was responsible for all employee related matters and the development of policies and tools supporting the HR strategy.
